- Terminal 2: Exit Baggage Claim (Lower Level) via Door #8. Cross the first street to the 2nd sidewalk island.

Flag Down Vehicle: Watch for your designated DS Vanpool vehicle (or unmarked vehicle license plate provided by dispatch) and wave to the driver.

Retrieve Baggage First: Collect all bags from your assigned baggage carousel.
Head to Upper Level: Locate Door Number 7 in baggage claim. Proceed up the ramp to the Passenger Departure (Upper) Level. You may wait inside the glass enclosure.
Call / Text Dispatch: Contact (540) 369-1637 to notify dispatch you are staged at Upper Door 7.
Meet Curbside: Step out to the active pickup lane as the vehicle pulls up and flag the driver.
